JP Plunkett has been very active in non transaction oriented business including:

  • Advising Hines Interests of Houston on the industrial markets of Eastern Massachusetts.

  • Serving as an expert witness at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Superior Court, on a Boston commercial real estate dispute
